While we aim to offer flexibility, we also hold the value of commitment to scheduled time, for you, your team, and our coaches. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below. Live Workshop Sessions ✔ Free Rescheduling (up to 48 hours in advance) You may reschedule your booked live workshop session at no additional cost if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. ✔ Cancellations with 48+ Hours’ Notice If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you are eligible for either: A full refund, or A credit to use toward a future workshop. ⚠ Cancellations or Changes Within 48 Hours Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start time are non-refundable. Rescheduling may still be possible depending on coach availability but may incur a 25% rebooking fee. ❌ No-Shows If no participants attend a scheduled live session without prior notice, the session is considered forfeited and is non-refundable.
